不同术式的剖宫产术对行再次剖宫产产妇的影响效果分析

Analysis of the effect of different methods of cesarean section on maternal with repeat cesarean section

目的:对不同手术方式的剖宫产手术对再次剖宫产手术的影响分析。方法:收治再次剖宫产患者80例,分为对照组54例和观察组26例。对照组应用传统的纵向切剖宫产手术,观察组采用改良横向切割剖宫产手术,对比两组患者手术的恢复状况。结果:观察组手术时间以及发生盆腔粘连的概率要明显高于对照组,但是在手术的恢复情况以及住院时间上看,观察组要明显少于对照组的患者。结论:改良剖宫产的手术方式在手术时间上更长,在盆腔粘连上要更多,但是患者的手术后恢复时间会更短,其住院时间也大大缩短,所以对于剖宫产手术,要能够针对不同产妇的情况有所选择地进行。

Objective:To analyze the effect of different methods of cesarean section on maternal with repeat cesarean section.Methods:80 maternal with repeat cesarean section were selected.They were divided into the control group with 54 cases and theobservation group with 26 cases.Patients in the control group were applied with the traditional vertical incision cesarean section,while the observation group used modified transverse incision cesarean section surgery.We compared the recovery of surgery ofpatients in the two groups.Results:The probability of operation time and incidence of pelvic adhesions in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group,but in the recovery of the operation and the length of stay in hospital,thepatients in the observation group should be significantly less than the control group.Conclusion:The improved cesarean section inthe operation has a longer period of time with more pelvic adhesions,but the patients' recovery time will be shorter,and the lengthof hospital stay is also greatly reduced,so for cesarean section surgery,to be able to choose the situation for different maternal.
