肩袖撕裂双排和单排固定的优势比较

Comparison of the advantage of double and single row fixation in the treatment of rotator cuff tear

目的:分析肩袖撕裂双排和单排固定的优势。方法:收治肩袖撕裂损伤患者20例,平分为两组。A组采用单排固定治疗技术,B组患者采用双排固定治疗技术,比较两种治疗方法在术后6个月随访下的临床效果。结果:B组患者的前屈活动度、肩关节外展、肩关节内旋等方面评分进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双排固定治疗技术对于肩袖撕裂的临床效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the advantage of double and single row fixation in the treatment of rotator cuff tear.Methods:20patients with rotator cuff tear were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The A group using single rowfixation technique,while the B group was treated with double row fixation technology.We compared the clinical effects of twotreatments at 6 months of follow-up.Results:The scores of flexion range,abduction of the shoulder joint,shoulder internal rotationwere compared in the patients of the Group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinicaleffect of double row fixation in the treatment of rotator cuff tear is significant.
