中医内科治疗偏头痛疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine in the treatment of migraine

目的:探讨中医辨证施治治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:收治偏头痛患者180例,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例,对照组给予尼莫地平联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上给予辨证施治。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:偏头痛患者根据的不同证性辨证施治疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of migraine.Methods:180 patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90cases in each.The control group was given nimodipine combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules treatment.Theobservation group was given syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of theobservation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of syndromedifferentiation in the treatment of the migraine is significant.
