中医辨证分型治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效观察

Therapeutic effect observation of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:收治糖尿病性视网膜病变患者50例,在合理饮食基础上给予控制血糖、和血明目片及辨证施治,观察患者治疗效果。结果:Ⅰ期38眼,总有效率97.4%。Ⅱ期27眼,总有效率85.2%。Ⅲ期18眼,总有效率82.2%。Ⅳ期12眼,总有效率58.3%。Ⅴ期5眼,总有效率20.0%。治疗总有效率81.0%。结论:中医辨证分型治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:50 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic retinopathy were treated with controlling blood glucose,Hexue Mingmutablets and syndrome differentiation on the basis of in diet,the therapeutic effects were observed.Results:38 eyes was in phase Ⅰand the total effective rate was 97.4%.27 eyes was in phase Ⅱ and the total effective rate was 85.2%.18 eyes was in phase Ⅲ andthe total effective rate was 82.2%.12 eyes was in phase Ⅳ and the total effective rate was 58.3%.5 eyes was in phase Ⅴ and thetotal effective rate was 20.0% .The total effective rate of treatment was 81.0% .Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation in thetreatment of diabetic retinopathy had significant therapeutic effect.
