中医推拿辅治退行性膝关节80例临床疗效

Clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of degenerative knee joint in 80 cases

目的:探讨中医推拿辅治退行性膝关节的临床疗效。方法:收治退行性膝关节患者80例,在常规治疗的同时,给予中医推拿治疗,观察患者的临床疗效。结果:痊愈6例(7.5%),显效52例(65.0%),有效20例(25.0%),无效2例(2.5%),总有效率97.5%。结论:中医推拿辅治退行性膝关节能有效地提高治疗效果,改善患者的身体状况以及提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of degenerativeknee joint.Methods:80 patients with degenerative knee joint were selected.At the same time of the conventional treatment,theywere give traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment.The clinical curative effect of patients was observed.Results:6 cases(7.5%) were cured;52 cases(65%) were markedly effective;20 cases(25%) were effective;2 cases(2.5%) were ineffective;the totaleffective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of degenerative knee joint can effectivelyimprove the treatment effect,improve the physical condition of patients and improve the life quality of patients.
