独活寄生汤加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及优越性分析

Analysis of the effect and superiority of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨独活寄生汤加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例,对照组给予西药治疗和牵引治疗,观察组给予独活寄生汤加电针治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,观察组的JOA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效提高患者的临床效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbardisc herniation.Methods:96 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with48 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine treatment and traction treatment.The observation group was givenDuhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The VASscore of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the JOA score of the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatmentof lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients.
