The psychological intervention and community nursing measures in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:研究脑梗死患者的心理干预及社区护理措施。方法:收治脑梗死患者100例,分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行心理干预,对比、分析两组护理效果。结果:观察组的焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组。结论:对脑梗死患者进行科学、合理的心理干预与社区护理的效果显著。

Objective:To study the psychological intervention and community nursing measures in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group wereaccepted the routine nursing care,while using nursing intervention in the observation group on the basis of the control group.Wecompared and analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale and self ratingDepression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Scientific and reasonablepsychological intervention and community nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect.
