健康教育模式护理在糖尿病延续护理中的应用观察

Application observation of health education model nursing in continuing nursing for diabetes

目的:观察健康教育模式护理在糖尿病延续护理中的应用价值。方法:收治糖尿病患者120例,分为两组。对照组给予延续护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育模式护理,比较两组BMI、Hb A1c、PPG、GLU及护理满意度。结果:出院6个月后观察组BMI、Hb A1c、PPG、GLU明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在延续护理中加入健康教育模式护理可有效控制血糖水平,提高患者对糖尿病的认知。

Objective:To observe the application value of health education model nursing in continuing nursing for diabetes.Methods:120 cases of patients with diabetes were divided into two groups.The control group was given continuing nursing,and theobservation group was given health education model nursing based on the control group.The BMI,HbA1c,PPG,GLU and nursingsatisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:6 months after discharge,the BMI,HbA1c,PPG,GLU of the observation groupwere significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursingsatisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education model nursing based on continuing nursing could control the blood glucose level effectivelyand improve the patients' cognition of diabetes.
