西药房药品管理和发放差错问题研究

Study on the problems of drug administration and release error in West pharmacy

目的:分析探讨西药房药品管理和发放差错问题的解决方案。方法:开展数字化管理前的门诊西药药房管理和发放药品的情况为观察组,未开展的为对照组,对两组进行比较。结果:观察组药品管理数据库存盘点所用时间、患者等候时间、药品报损率、账货相符率均优于对照组药品管理数据;观察组的发放差错发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化管理的应用有利于门诊西药房药品管理工作和药品发放工作,可提高门诊西药房的整体工作效率、账货相符率、患者满意度,降低发放错误率。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the solution to the problem of drug administration and release error in Westpharmacy.Methods:Outpatient pharmacy management and distribution of drugs before the application of digital management weretreated as the observation group,which did not carried out as the control group,and the two groups were compared.Results:Thedrug administration database checkpoint time,waiting time for patients,drug report loss rate,account matching rate of theobservation group were better than the control group,the incidence of release errors in the observation group was significantlylower than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theapplication of digital management is beneficial to the drug administration and drug distribution in outpatient pharmacy,which canimprove the overall efficiency of outpatient pharmacy,account matching rate,patient satisfaction,reduce the release error rate.
