高职机电专业“分层递进、多向发展”人才培养模式的改革与实践

为满足区域产业对机电专业人才不同需求,以职业素养、专业技能及创新能力培养为主线,提出了"分层递进、多向发展"的人才培养模式,制定了"平台课程+方向课程+顶岗锻炼"方案,并融入素质教育的课程体系,实施了"教学做一体化+任务驱动"的教学模式。"分层递进、多向发展"人才培养模式的构建使教学内容更具针对性、学生应用实践能力明显增强,真正实现了高职学生零距离就业。

In order to meet the needs of regional industry professionals on the mechanical and electrical demand, with occupation literacy and professional skills and innovation ability training as the main line, the author put forward the training mode of "progressive and multi-directional development" talent, and formulated the "platform + course + post exercise" and the integration of quality education curriculum system, implementing the "integration of teaching" the task driven teaching mode. The construction of the talent training mode of "progressive and multi-direction development" makes the teaching content more specific, so as to enhance the students'ability of employment.
