某院门诊药房在使用自动化设备前后的调剂差错对比分析

Dispensing error contrast analysis in the use of automated equipment in outpatient pharmacy

目的降低门诊药房处方调剂差错,保障患者安全合理用药。方法统计2013年与2014年我院门诊药房内部调剂差错的数据,结合自动化发药设备的应用以及优化货位等实践性工作,对自动化设备使用前(2013年)与使用后(2014年)的内部差错进行对比分析。结果利用自动化设备的优势以及采取相应的防范措施,内部差错的数量由使用自动化设备前的380例减少到使用后的189例。结论使用自动化设备结合预调配模式以及直发模式,不仅提高工作效率,缩短患者取药等候时间,同时大幅度降低药品调剂内部差错。

Objective To reduce the quantity of the internal dispensing errors in outpatient pharmacy and ensure the correctness of taking medicine.Methods Statistics the amount of the internal dispensing errors in outpatient pharmacy between 2013 and 2014,application of automated dispensing equipmentand optimizing storage location, comparative analysis of the internal dispensing errors after the using of the automation equipment in 2013. Results By the usingof the automation equipment and taking corresponding measures, the number of the internal dispensing errors were reduced from 380 to 189 cases. ConclusionThrough the use of the automation equipment and pre-deployment mode, work efficiency was improved and waiting time for medicines was shortened, theinternal dispensing errors were reduced greatly.
