低能量强脉冲光联合药物外敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

目的探讨双波长低能量强脉冲光（IPL）联合药物外敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效性和安全性。方法临床医师根据各个患者的皮肤敏感程度选择双波长低能量强脉冲光照射，3周1次，5次为1个疗程。同时部分患者联合外敷自制药物面膜2～3次/周。结果联合治疗组，痊愈率为83.67%，显效率为8.16%，总有效率为91.84%。单纯治疗组，痊愈率35.14%，显效率为32.43%，总有效率为67.57%。结论双波长低能量强脉冲光联合药物外敷能有效、安全治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of the dual wavelength low energy and intense pulsed light( IPL) combined drug treatment inthe treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods According to the sensitivity of skin of patients, Patients were treated with dual wavelengthlow energy irradiation of intense pulsed light, once every three weeks, five times for a course of treatment. at the same time, some patients were with selfmadedrug mask 2 ～ 3 times per week. Results The combined treatment group,The cure rate is 83.67%, The effective rate was 8.16%, the effective rate was91.84%. Simple treatment group, The cure rate was 35.14%, the effective rate was 32.43%, the efficiency is 67.57%.Conclusion Dual wavelength low energyintense pulsed light combined drug is an effective, safe treatment methods of facial hormone dependence dermatitis.
