基于AMESim的二级调压直动式溢流阀性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 溢流阀是保证工程机械液压系统稳定工作的重要元件。装载机运行过程中,旁接在液压系统主泵出口的溢流阀存在有溢流阀阀芯的振动和噪声问题。为此,设计了二级调压直动式溢流阀,通过结构上设计二级阻尼孔、采用双弹簧结构、并在弹簧腔与出油口之间设置阻尼孔来解决上述溢流阀阀芯的振动和噪声问题。通过数学建模分析了溢流阀的静态特性和动态特性、运用AMESim软件对所设计的溢流阀进行仿真、分析了影响溢流阀性能的参数,并验证了模型的正确性。仿真结果表明,改进后的溢流阀其性能较普通直动式溢流阀有明显的提高:调压精度好、调压范围大、响应速度快;同时解决了装载机阀芯与阀座的碰撞问题,降低了溢流阀的故障率;降低了弹簧预压缩量,提高了弹簧的使用寿命,研究结果对溢流阀的设计有一定的参考价值。 Relief valve is one of the most important components to guarantee construction machinery’s stabilization. Noise and vibration exist in the relief valve that nears the main pump outlets during the mechanical operation process of the loader. To solve this problem, the direct relief valve with level 2 pressure regulating sets the secondary damping hole, uses double spring system, and sets up a damping hole between the spring chamber and the oil outlet. The thesis analyses its static characteristics and dynamic characteristics by mathematical modeling. Doing some simulation in AMESim, the parameter is analyzed, the model correctness is verified. Better precision regulator、larger range of pressure and faster response speed than ordinary relief valve is showed in the improved one in the simulation results. At the same time, it prevents valve cores and valve seats from colliding, reduces the failure rate, and decreases pre-compression spring value to improve the spring life. The aim is to provide assistance to the study and design of the relief valve.
