高压加氢搅拌反应釜工艺的苛刻性及多样性,决定了搅拌系统设计的变化性,这就要求机械密封的设计必须根据工艺及搅拌针对性设计。阐述了高压高速釜用机械密封存在的技术难题,相应机械密封辅助装置的优点和缺点。附图了高压、高速釜用机械密封结构,说明了此机械密封的特点、运行条件,以及应用业绩。
