液压系统在无级自动变速器(CVT)主动轴装配设备中的应用

摘要 随着金属旋压技术在拉伸制造领域的推广,汽车行业中也逐渐采用这一技术,极大地简化了制造过程和制造成本,该文中针对目前国内无级变速器主动轴补偿机构装配应用中单纯采用改制现有通用机床等低效、低质量的装配方式,开发出了充分采用机床夹紧形式和减速电机提供旋转动力,以液压系统提供均匀、可调节的旋压力的专用设备,提高生产节拍并控制了产品质量。为变速器生产厂商提供了一种高效节约的零件装配解决方案。 With the spread of metal spinning technique in drawing manufacturing field, automotive industry also gradually adopted the technique,great manufacturing process is simplified and the cost of manufacture, this paper for the non-polar transmission drive shaft compensation mechanism assembly application only by restructuring the existing general machine tools, such as low efficiency, low quality of assembly developed full use of machine tool clamping form and gear motor provides rotating power, provide the uniform, adjustable rotary pressure special equipment, improve the production cycle and control the quality of the products to the hydraulic system. Provides an efficient and economical part assembly solution for transmission manufacturers.
