断层附近巷道顶煤裂隙区小型火灾快速处理技术

Fast processing technology of small fire in the top coal fracture zone of roadway near fault

针对某煤矿综放工作面前方断层附近的顶煤裂隙区出现的小型火灾,分别采取挖除火源法、注水法等快速灭火措施;为了保证工作面顺利通过火区,综合采取了"喷浆封闭煤体+注浆封堵裂隙+采空区筛管注氮+黄泥灌浆"等综合防灭火措施,取得了良好效果,保证了工作面安全回采。

The small fire occurred in the top coal fracture zone near fault in front of the fully mechanized top cavingface, the digging and removing fire source method and the water injection method were taken , in order to ensurethe smooth passage of working face coal fire, the " guniting and sealing coal + grouting fracture + screen nitrogeninjection in gob + yellow mud grouting" comprehensive fire prevention measures were adopted, which achieved goodresults, and ensured the safe mining of the working face.
