煤矿井下检漏继电器及照明综保远方试验的研究与应用

摘要 现井下使用的检漏保护装置均带有漏电闭锁功能,进行远方人工漏电跳闸试验时,若提前在最远端接入漏电试验电阻,由于带有检漏保护装置的开关漏电闭锁保护动作,试验开关不能合闸送电,无法进行漏电跳闸试验。若(照明综保)开关送电后再开盖试验则给矿井的安全生产及人身安全带来极大的危害。本文介绍的试验方法根据检漏保护装置的功能及原理既能保证远方人工漏电跳闸试验的顺利进行又能避免带电开盖违章作业。 The leak hunting protection devices that used in underground have the earth leakage lockout, remoteartificial leakage tripping test, if access leakage testing resistance in the most remote in advance, with a leakageprotection device of switch lock for leakage protection action, test switch is not closing transmission, the leakage triptest is not doing, after (lighting protection) closing the switch, if the cover open, which bring great harm to productionsafety and mine safety, according to the function and principle of the leakage protection device, the test method isintroduced in this paper can guarantee distance artificial leakage tripping test smoothly and avoid charged to coverillegal operations.
