摘要
如何在钢丝绳芯输送带的运行过程中及时发现问题是确保矿井原煤安全运输的重要环节。本文主要从X光机在钢丝绳芯输送带中进行在线检测的功能及设计要求入手,重点对新型钢丝绳芯输送带X光机在线检测装置作用、结构、应用原理及特点进行了分析和阐述,为排除钢丝绳芯输送带运行的安全隐患打下基础。
How to find the problem in the running process of the steel cord conveyor belt is an important link toensure the safe transportation of raw coal in the mine. In this paper, from the function and design requirement of X-raymachine online detection in steel wire rope core conveyer belt, the new steel wire rope core conveyer belt X raymachine on-line detecting device function, structure, principle and characteristics are analyzed and explained, whichlay a solid foundation to exclude the steel cord conveyor belt running security hidden danger.
