摩擦提升系统钢丝绳横向振动分析与试验研究

摘要 矿井提升钢丝绳具有柔性特征,将平衡钢丝绳的时变质量等效到提升容器上。利用哈密顿原理,建立柔性提升钢丝绳横向振动的非线性控制微分方程,并使用伽辽金法对所建立的方程进行求解。采用仿真与现场试验采集数据的方式,检验了理论模型,结果表明理论模型具备可靠性及有效性,并基于双激励条件下的提升钢丝绳横向振动模型,对提升钢丝绳横向振动动态特性的影响因素进行分析,主要影响因素为上、下激励以及载荷。 According to mine hoisting system of the flexible characteristics of the hoisting cable, to raise its balancewire rope time-varying quality equivalent to the container.By using Hamilton's principle, the establishment ofnonlinear governing differential equation for lateral vibration of the flexible lifting rope;And using the galerkinmethod for solving the established equation.Through the field test of the reliability of the theoretical model and thevalidity is verified, and on the condition of double incentive hoisting rope transverse vibration model, analyses theupper and lower incentive and load effect on dynamic characteristics of transverse vibration of hoisting ropes.Thestudy of this article deeply studies the safety of mine hoisting cable hoisting system of the way and method.
