我国物流企业劳动力成本与用工效率及转型升级——基于我国物流上市企业的数据分析

当前,企业员工工资上涨已经成为大势所趋。物流业作为劳动密集型产业,正面临劳动力成本上涨与用工效率低下的双重压力。不过,劳动力成本的提高也有利于倒逼企业创新和改进物流效率,进而通过提高用工效率来转移企业成本,提高企业竞争力,应对劳动力成本上涨的困境。因此,物流企业一定要及早采取应对措施,如通过建立有效的激励和惩罚制度,鼓励技术创新能力强的员工为企业多做贡献。物流企业一定要认识到劳动力成本上涨的积极因素,加快信息化提升步伐,一方面通过采用大数据、云计算、物联网等技术实现高效物流,推动企业从传统物流业经营模式向智能物流转型;一方面通过培养物流专业型、复合型人才,以新的思维经营物流,发展物流,促进物流理论与实践相结合,加快物流企业转型。

At present,the rising wages has become an overwhelming trend in the system of market economy. As a laborintensive industry,logistics industry is facing the pressure of both the rising labor cost and the reducing labor efficiency. But,the rising labor cost is beneficial to innovation and the improvement of logistic efficiency. So,logistic enterprises should adopt countermeasures as soon as possible,such as formulating effective mechanism of incentive and punishment,and encouraging employees with capacity for technological innovation to contribute more. The logistic enterprises have to understand the positive implication of the rise of labor cost and accelerate informationization. On the one hand,they should promote the transformation from traditional operation pattern to smart logistics;on the other hand,they should operate with new ideas,promote the combination of logistic theory and practice,and accelerate the transformation of logistics.
