医学生视角下关于临床技能培养不足的分析及改进措施的探讨

Medical Students' Perspective on the Analysis of the Insufficient Clinical Skills Training and the Discussion of the Improvement Measures

临床技能是当今医学教育质量的重要因素,对医学生专业素养的提高,起至关重要作用。本文分析了南华大学附属医院医学生见习、实习情况,发现医学生在临床技能培养过程中存在不足,并针对此现象,对教育教学及学习方法等方面的措施进行了探讨。

Clinical skill is an important factor to the modern medical education and plays a vital role in the improvement of medical students professional. We statistical analysis of University of South China affiliated hospital medical students practice situation,found that there are many insufficient in the process of medical students in clinical skill training,and aiming at this phenomenon,the measures of education teaching and learning methods are discussed in this paper.
