军校本科学员课外创新实践管理机制改革研究

Research on Reform of Management System of the Extracurricular Innovation Practice of the Undergraduate Students in Military Academy

在分析军校本科课外创新实践活动组织管理现状的基础上,针对存在的问题及内在症结,从以下六个方面提出管理机制改革建议:(1)加强顶层设计,构建学员课外创新实践活动体系化管理机制;(2)强化业务机关指导职能,完善管理、交流和反馈制度;(3)借连队化管理模式改革东风,建立学员队(营)课外创新实践活动服务型管理模式;(4)深化创新实践基地建设,更好发挥创新实践主阵地作用;(5)优化实验中心功能,推动实验课程教学与课外创新实践环节深度融合;(6)发挥教研室(研究室)技术和师资优势,支撑学员创新能力提升。

On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the organization and management of the extracurricularinnovation practice in Military Academy,and in order to solve the internal problem,we put forward the reformproposals from six aspects:(1)optimize top-level design and build management system of students' extracurricular innovationpractice activity; (2) strengthen the office function and improve the management,safeguard and evaluationsystem;(3) base on the student unit to establish the service-oriented management mode of the extracurricular innovationpractice activities; (4)accelerate the construction of the innovation practice base which will plays the role ofmain land in innovation practice;(5)optimize the experiment center,and push forward the deep fusion of the experimentalteaching and extracurricular practice;(6) use advantages of the teaching and research section (laboratory) ontechnology and teaching to support the students' promotion on innovation ability.
