多校区办学护理专业新生导生制在学生教育管理中的应用研究

高校建设新校区引发的困难与挑战使得多校区办学模式下的学生事务管理及教育是目前我国多校区大学急需解决的问题。针对护理专业的培养特点,将位于新校区的护理专业新生两个班级分别实行导生制和班助制,制定相应的导生选拔、培养、考核等一系列制度,使得新生导生制在学生管理中的应用趋于成熟,并成为新生事务管理、德育教育、品质培养的重要助力。
