高校教师队伍的建设是提高高等教育质量的必要条件。本文从教育理念的转变、评价和激励机制的改革、教师队伍素质的提升以及与当前社会经济发展相适应的教育发展方向的转变等四个方面提出新时期高校教师队伍建设的改革措施。

The construction of university teacher team is a necessary condition to improve the quality of highereducation. This paper proposed four reform measures to construct the university teaching staff,such as the changing ofconcepts on higher education,education evaluation,incentive mechanism,improving the general quality of teachingforce,educational direction and so on.
