保险专业学位硕士实践导师激励机制建设研究——以安徽财经大学保险专硕为例

Research on Incentive Mechanism Construction of Practice Instructors in Master's Degree of Insurance——An Case Study of Master's Degree of Insurance in Anhui University of Finance and Economics

实践导师对专业硕士的培养有很大的促进作用,而目前我校实践导师面临激励机制不足等问题,导致对专业硕士的培养作用有限。本文详解我校的专业硕士及实践导师情况,针对实践导师激励缺陷提出了由内而外、全方位的激励机制。

The practice instructor plays a great role in promoting the cultivation of professional masters. But practiceinstructors in our university are faced with the problem of insufficient incentive mechanism, resulting in a limitedeffect on the cultivation professional masters. This article analyzed in details current situation of the cultivation of professionalmasters and practice instructors in our university, and presented a full range of incentive mechanism from inside tooutside in allusion to the defects in practice instructor incentive mechanism.
