军队院校积极推动学员参加各类技能竞赛活动,不仅有助于培养创新型军校学员,并促进了军队院校课程体系和课程内容的改革。同时浮现出一些短板问题,成为制约军校大学生综合科技竞赛活动向纵深发展的瓶颈。建立学员创新基地,成立竞赛的专门指导机构,完善管理机制是解决部分短板问题的有效方式,有助于发挥学员的学习主观能动性,培养学生实践能力、实验技能和创新意识。

Military college promotes undergraduate contest activity positively,not only for cultivating innovationundergraduates,but also for promoting reformation of military college course system and content. At the same timeshort-board problems appear,and they become the bottle-neck of deep-development of contest. Establishing studentinnovation base and specialized guiding institution is an effective way to solve parts of the short-board problem. It is conductiveto play the students' subjective initiative to learn,and to cultivate students' practice ability,experiment skill and innovationconsciousness.
