摘要
法学是一门实践性非常强的学科,培养学生职业能力在法学教育中至关重要,但传统的以结果性考核为核心内容的成绩评价体系缺乏符合职业能力要素的制度设计,应当积极建立以培养学生职业能力为主旨的过程性考核模式,推动法学专业课程的考核机制向着更科学、更合理和更公平的方向发展,这对提高法学教育教学质量、对培养高素质的法学应用型人才必将产生积极的作用。
law is a practical very strong discipline,training the students' vocational ability in legal education is veryimportant,but the traditional to the assessment for the core content of the performance evaluation system and lack ofcompliance with the essential factors of vocational ability of system design,should actively establish to training the students'Vocational ability for purpose of process assessment model,and promote the professional law courses in the assessmentmechanism toward a more scientific and more reasonable and more equitable direction,which is to improve thelaw education and teaching quality,to train high-quality applied law talents will produce positive for.
