当前大学毕业生踏入社会时表现出种种不适症。这在一定程度上说明高校培养模式需要进一步探讨和改革。针对当前培养模式的不足,本文提出了基于实践项目分工制的大学生培养模式,并进行了一定的探究,为当前大学生的培养提供一定的借鉴。

The current university graduates enter into society exhibited various symptoms. This in a certain extentthat training mode of colleges and universities need to further explore and reform. In view of the current culture mode,this paper presents based on division of project practice of College Students' training mode,and some of the inquiry,toprovide a reference for the cultivation of College Students'.
