全面建设创新型国家,实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦",基础在教育,关键在人才。作为我国高等教育的最高层次,研究生教育在科研创新工作中肩负着其他任何组织都无法替代的使命和责任。研究生已成为我国重要的科研力量,是创新的生力军,研究生在读期间50%以上不同程度的参与了导师科研项目,占国家级课题人员配置的20%-45%,作为第一作者发表的论文占到了30%以上,部分学校可高达到60%以上。

Graduate hasbecome an important force in scientific research and innovation. More than 50% of graduate students participated inthe research project during the reading period and can account for 20-45 percent of the national level project personnel.Published papers written by graduate student accounted for more than 30%,some schools can higher than60%.
