摘要 高职教育对我国发展现代职业教育的意义非凡,因此受到了国家和社会的普遍关注。本文剖析了目前高职学生中出现的学习动力不足的表现和深层次原因,从教学模式的角度,提出在基于行业标准的"教学做训评"一体化教学实践中,采取多种策略激发学生学习动力,并对其彼此之间的关系做了探讨。 Higher vocational education is of great significance to the development of modern vocational education in China,therefore,it is generally concerned by the government and society.This paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons and outward expression of lack of learning motivation in the higher vocational college students.From the point of teaching model,the paper proposes to take a variety of strategies to stimulate students' learning motivation by practicing the integration teaching mode of Teaching-Learning-Practicing-Training-Evaluating of higher vocational education based on the occupation standard,and take a variety of strategies to stimulate learning motivation,and study on the relationship of the strategies.
