基于学科竞赛的旅游管理专业学生创新能力培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Students Majoring in Tourism Management Based on Subject Contest

分析了旅游管理专业的学科竞赛对旅游管理专业学生的导游词创作水平、导游服务技能、提升学生的全面素质、开拓学生的创新能力等方面都有明显促进作用。提出从利用校内外实训实践教学平台、提升旅游管理专业教师创新教学能力、开设易于培养学生创新意识的专业课程、建立健全学科竞赛机制等方面培养学生的创新能力。

This paper analyzed obviously positive effects on students majoring in tourism management brought by subject contests,including improving tour commentary-composing level,promoting tour-guiding service skills,developing students' comprehensive quality and creative ability.The paper proposed teaching innovative approaches to cultivate students' innovative ability,by utilizing training and practice teaching platform,enhancing creative teaching ability of this major;setting up professional courses easy to foster innovative consciousness of students;standardizing and perfecting mechanismof subject contests.
