复合型人才培养融入金融数学本科教学

Integration of Talent Cultivation into Financial Mathematics Undergraduate Teaching

目前,金融市场专业性的复合人才十分缺乏,难以适应现代金融市场复合型的高精尖人才的需要,教师应把复合型人才培养目标融入金融数学本科教学,应在数学分析、高等代数、概率论、数理统计、随机过程等专业基础课教学中渗透经济和金融背景及思想;在金融数学核心专业课教学中培养学生将数学真正应用于经济和金融的能力,实践案例教学、情景教学等讨论式教学方法;大力开展实验和实践教学以培养学生的实践能力、动手操作能力和创新能力。

At present,the lack of professional talents in financial market makes it difficult for us to adapt to the complexity of modern financial market. The teachers should integrate the training objectives of refining talents into financial mathematics undergraduate teaching,should permeate the background and ideas of economy and finance in the course of mathematical analysis,algebra,probability theory,mathematical statistics and stochastic process.The teachers should cultivate students' ability to apply mathematics to economy and finance in the process of teaching the core courses of financial mathematic;should practice case teaching,scene discussion teaching method and so on;should vigorously carry out the experiment and practice teaching in order to cultivate students' practical ability,operational capacity and innovation ability.
