试论非正式制度视域下的青年教师师德建设

On Young Teachers' Professional Ethics Construction from the Perspective of Informal Institutions

青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分。青年教师的师德建设,不仅关系高校教师的师德现状,还影响到高校师德的未来发展。在青年教师师德建设过程中,在使用好正式制度的同时,可以更多综合运用非正式制度因素,通过营造尊师氛围、激活师德传统、培育师德文化等方法,潜移默化地加强青年教师的师德建设,使青年教师的师德建设取得扎扎实实的效果。

Young teachers are an important part of college teachers.The construction of young teachers' morality is not only related to the present situation of College Teachers' morality,but also the future development of College Teachers' morality.In the young teachers' professional ethics construction process,in the use of the formal system can more comprehensive use of informal institutional factors,by creating atmosphere of respecting teachers,activation of traditional morality,cultivating morality culture,imperceptibly to strengthen the moral construction of young teachers,make the morality construction of young teachers achieve solid results.
