通过对高校科协的组织机构建设、运行模式及运行现状的分析,构建科协文化价值体系以增强科协组织的归属感、凝聚力、影响力,助推高校科协在人才培养、科学研究和服务社会方面的服务职能。

In this paper,cultural value system of the association for science and technology was constructed to enhance of the sense of belonging,cohesion and influence according the analysis of organization construction,operation mode and status of science and technology association in universities,which could promote the service function on personnel training,scientific research and social service of the science and technology association in university.
