摘要
引入程序正当的价值理念与方式方法,逐渐成为高校学生事务管理的新常态。高校学生事务管理程序正当,具有促进自身法治化、专业化和民主化的工具价值,以及实现学生德性完善与智性成长的本体价值。彰显其价值,需要明确以学生为本的理念,创设合理合法的制度,培养专业高效的队伍。
College student affairs administration procedure has already become the new normal. Due process can promote the college student affairs administration under the rule of law,specialization and democratization;also can promote the development of students. Showing the value of it,we need perfect the concept,sound system and optimize the team.
