在国家"大众创业、万众创新"的新形势下,高校在提升大学生创新创业能力、质量和效率方面责无旁贷。随着"互联网+"行动计划的深入推进,中国教育正在迈向4.0时代,创新创业人才培养是当前一流大学建设的重要课题。本文的研究基于教育4.0时代背景,通过阐述高校创新创业人才培育的重要性,指出目前面临的困境,为高校创新创业人才培养提出对策和建议。

Research of this paper is based on education 4.0 era background,expounds on the importance of innovative entrepreneurial talent cultivation in colleges and universities,and points out that facing the plight of creative talent cultivation put forward countermeasures and suggestions for colleges and universities.
