90后环境工程专业学生实验综合素质的培养

摘要 实验教学是高校培养动手能力强、综合素质高的通用人才的一个重要环节。综合素质的培养,是21世纪人才培养的重要方向。本文在分析高校实验室综合素质培养现状的基础上,从年龄层次、心理品质、基础理论、专业素质等多方面探讨环境工程专业学生实验室综合素质的培养情况。 The experimental teaching plays an important part of training good hand-on ability and overall quality students in college education. High quality personal training is the most important direction of 21 century national policy. This article is based on current experimental ability training in college education to discuss the post 90s students in Department of Environment Engineer from psychological character,fundamental theory,professional ability and so on.
