The experimental teaching plays an important part of training good hand-on ability and overall quality students in college education. High quality personal training is the most important direction of 21 century national policy. This article is based on current experimental ability training in college education to discuss the post 90s students in Department of Environment Engineer from psychological character,fundamental theory,professional ability and so on.
