跨文化背景下来华留学生多模式管理探索与研究——以西安电子科技大学为例

A Study on Multi-mode Managements of International Students in China under the Cross Cultural Background——Take the Case of Xidian University

在多元文化的背景下,留学生管理工作应该具备国际化的视野,符合当前留学生的特点。本文以西安电子科技大学为例,对层次化、多维度的来华留学生管理模式进行了探讨。该校通过实施专业企业"双导师"专业教育模式、完善来华留学生奖助金体系、搭建跨文化交流平台等方式,有效提升了来华留学生在华学习的存在感、荣誉感和归属感,对消除留学生的跨文化适应性障碍、培养高素质来华留学毕业生具有重要意义。

Under the backdrop of multi-culture,the management of international students should have the international vision and students’characteristics. The paper takes Xidian University as an example,exploring the multi-mode managements of international students. This university carries out the double-tutor teaching mode,improves the bursary system of international students,and builds the exchange platform to raise their own presence,honor and belonging,removing cross cultural adjustment disorders and developing their qualities.
