独立学院作为我国教育制度创新的产物,发展时间不长,在学生创新能力培养上成效不明显,学生的实践创新能力水平尚不高。本文认为,独立学院应改变教育理念,将"创新教育"融入到人才培养的各个环节,打造优良的师资队伍,优化协同管理,营造良好的校园环境,让勇于实践、敢于创新的精神在校园里蔚然成风。

Independent colleges are the fruits of the innovation of educational system in our country. Independent colleges have short development time, insignificant effect on the training of students' innovation ability and low level of students' practical and innovation ability. In this article, Independent colleges should update their education notion, integrate"Innovation Education" into each part in talents training process, build up an excellent teaching staff, optimize collaborative management and create a sound campus environment with the spirit of practice and innovation.
