西部欠发达地区金融体系建设问题研究——以甘肃省天水市为例

An Analysis of the Financial System Construction in Underdeveloped Regions of Western China——Illustrated by the Example of Tianshui

一个地区金融体系的发达完善程度和结构效率状况,直接影响该地区各类经济主体和产业的发展、科技创新、基础设施建设、城镇化推进、社会事业发展、民生改善和社会公平。甘肃省天水市金融体系具有西部欠发达地区金融体系发育的普遍特征。文章以天水市为例,分析西部欠发达地区金融体系存在的主要问题,提出建立完善高效金融体系、优化金融结构、提升金融发展质量的对策建议。

The level of development and sophistication as well as the condition of structure and efficiency of financial system in a region directly impacts its regional economic entity and industrial development,scientific and technological innovation,infrastructure construction,urbanization promotion,social undertaking development,improvement of people’s livelihood,and social equity. The financial system in Tianshui possesses the universal characteristic of the financial system in underdeveloped regions of western China. Taking the example of Tianshui,this paper analyzes the major problems that exist in the financial system in underdeveloped regions in western China,and puts forward countermeasures for establishing and improving the financial system,optimizing the financial structure,and advancing the quality of financial development.
