摘要
快速并准确的定位4G数据业务投诉问题,是提高用户感知的有效方法之一。本文综合考虑用户上网需要经历的端到端节点和全业务流程,提出"八元八阶"的4G数据业务感知提升方法,实现对4G数据业务问题进行逐段和分域分析,不仅能够实现对4G数据业务问题快速、准确的分析,还能够进一步进行系统开发,实现系统自动化分析。
Fast and accurate positioning the data service problem of 4G, which can improve the QoS of 4G. Thepaper joint consider the end-to-end and the whole service process when user using 4G network, thenpropose a method named ba-yuan-ba-jie to improve the QoS of 4G. The method can analyze the serviceof 4G through step by step, and slove the problem one by one, which is one of the best method to handlethe service of 4G. At the last, the method can be dis-played as system development to achieve automatedanalysis.
