A Study on National Features and International Features of IRGC

伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队是伊朗的正规武装力量之一,其民族性和国际性是指与世界其他现代化国防军相比,革命卫队在内容与形式、软件与硬件上所表现出的个性与共性。可以说,革命卫队是伊朗政教合一政治体制的高度浓缩和体现,它拥有独特的建军背景、指导思想、征兵制度,并在伊朗政权中发挥特殊而重要的作用。然而,它虽具有强烈的伊朗民族特色,但在军种设置、编制、练兵制度、武器装备及军事演习等方面已实现了正规化和现代化,它能够顺应时代潮流,积极与世界接轨,是一支特殊的常规国家武装力量。

IRGC is one of the regular armed forces in Iran. Compared with other national armies, the national features and international features of IRGC refer to the individuality and generality, conservatism and reformation in terms of the content and form or its software and hardware. It can be said that the Revolutionary Guard is highly concentrated and is manifestation of theocratic regime, which has unique background, ideology, conscription, even play a special role in the Iranian regime. Regarding of the armed services, military establishment, training system, weaponry and military exercises and so on, IRGC has been standardized, modernized and internationalized which can conforms to the trend of the world. It has become a special regular and modern national army.
