企业备展阶段知识产权保护措施分析

Analysis on Intellectual Property Protection Solution During Preparation for Trade Show

针对企业境外参展知识产权保护工作,本文提出在备展阶段,企业应从专利申请布局、专利被侵权防范、展品侵权风险规避以及目标展会法律环境调查四个方面入手,制定境外参展的知识产权保护行动方案和应急预案,并基于案例分析体现了上述工作的必要性。

Aiming at intellectual property protection (IPR) when companies participate in trade show oversea,this paper proposes that during preparation for trade show, companies can set about four aspects (which are patent application distribution、preventing patent rights from being infringed, infringement risk aversion and survey on the legal environment of trade show) to develop IPR plan and contingency plan. At last, this paper gives a case study to reflect the necessity of IPR work.
