摘要
新常态下,矿业经济和传统地质工作处于低迷状态。同时,地质工作面临"一带一路"战略等发展机遇。地勘单位需要进一步明确在经济发展中的地位和作用,主动适应新常态提出的新任务、新要求,以改革创新为动力,以转型升级为主线,走出一条新常态下的转型发展之路。地勘单位转型升级应重点从管理工作和产业发展两个方面着手,以管理工作的转型升级推动产业发展,以产业的转型升级保障管理工作的提升。文章以西北有色地质矿业集团为例,介绍了其在转型发展和深化改革方面的探索和实践经验,并进一步探寻地勘单位改革和发展的新思路。
Under the new normal, mining economy and traditional geological work is in the doldrums. Meanwhile, the geological workfaces great opportunities of "the Belt and Road" strategy. Geological prospecting units need to further clarify the status and role in economicdevelopment, actively adapt to the new tasks and requirements, and realize transformation development under the new normal, takingreform and innovation as the driving force. The transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting units should focus on managementand industrial development, to promote industrial development by upgrading management while to guarantee management by industrialtransformation and upgrading. Taking Northwest Nonferrous Geological Mining Group as a case, the paper introduced its exploration andpractice in terms of restructuring and deep reform, and further explored new ideas on geological prospecting units’ reform and development.
