中国矿业经济区环境承载力评价研究

Study on Assessing Environmental Carrying Capacity of China's Mining Economic Zones

结合矿业经济区的发展特征,选取中国30个典型矿业经济区为样本,构建矿业经济区环境承载力综合评价指标,评价研究中国矿业经济区环境承载力现况及变动趋势。研究结果表明:中国矿业经济区整体环境承载力现阶段仍相对较低;2003—2011年矿业经济区环境承载力经历了由低到高的逐步"迁移"的过程,矿业经济区的转型发展效果不断显现;我国矿业经济区的发展要结合自身资源禀赋优势与环境承载力要求,坚持创新驱动推动产业结构升级,将区域经济发展与资源环境承载力相统一,实现经济的协调可持续发展。

This paper has built comprehensive assessment indexes of environmental carrying capacity in the mining economic zonesthrough choosing 30 typical mining economic zones as samples in line with their development characteristics. On this basis, it hasevaluated and studied the current situation and the change tendency of environmental carrying capacity in these zones. The resultsshow that at this stage, the overall environmental bearing capacity is still relatively low. From 2003 to 2011, environmental bearingcapacity had undergone a gradual process that consists low to high, and the effects of transformation and development appearedconstantly. This paper points out that to achieve the further development of China’s mining economic zone, we must be in line withour own relative advantages in natural resources, and environmental capacity requirements. At the same time, we should push theupgrading of industrial structure through innovation, integrate regional economic environment and resources and environmentalcarrying capacity so as to allow us to get the economy coordinated sustainable development.
