灰色关联分析在石英砂免烧砖工艺参数优化中的应用

摘要 提出了一种正交试验与灰色关联分析相结合的石英砂免烧空心砖工艺参数优化方法。以正交试验为基础,获得了石英砂含量、发泡剂掺量、水灰比、保养温度等工艺参数对砖体密度、气孔率、抗压强度、吸水率等性能的影响。通过灰色关联分析法对试验数据进行分析,首先进行单工艺目标优化,灰色关联系数平均最大值为最优水平,然后进行综合工艺目标优化,平均灰色关联度最大者为最优水平。最后得到了石英砂免烧空心砖最佳工艺参数:石英砂含量70%、发泡剂掺量0.8%、水料比1.2%、养护温度50℃。 This paper puts forward a kind of orthogonal experiment combines with grey relational analysis method to optimize the process parameter of quartz sand non-fired brick. It obtains the effects of quartz sand content, foaming agent content, water-cement ratio and maintenance temperature on the density, porosity, compressive strength and water absorption of the brick by orthogonal test. Based on the grey relational analysis method, it carries on the analysis to the test data. Firstly, it carries out the optimization of single process objective, the average maximum value of grey relational coefficient is the optimal level, and then the optimal level is the average grey relational degree.Finally, it results the optimum process parameter: quartz sand content is 70%, foaming agent content is 0.8%, water material ratio is 1.2%, and curing temperature is 50℃.
