摘要
工件装夹时,需要保证定位元件与工件可靠接触,否则将产生装夹误差。分析了由于金属切屑的残存产生定位误差的原因,并介绍了诸如气压检测、称重传感器检测等定位检测系统的结构组成和工作原理,以及在机床夹具系统中的具体应用。
This paper analyzes the causes of error due to the residual metal chips, and introduces the structure andworking principle of positioning and detecting system such as air pressure detection, weighing sensor, and their spe?cific application in the fixture system.
