摘要
电解锰渣是硫酸法浸取碳酸锰矿制备电解锰液后产生的一种含水率高的固体废弃物,电解锰渣中含有大量二氧化硅,可以用于建材行业,但是由于其中残留的硫酸铵会对制品的安定性造成不良影响,因此本实验提出利用消石灰除氨的方法,探讨了消石灰的掺入量、加水量、搅拌时间、反应温度对除氨效果的影响。研究表明当常温下消石灰的掺入量为5%,加水量为200ml,搅拌时间为10min时具有较好的除氨效果。
Electrolytic manganese slag is sulfuric acid method which used to leach manganese carbonate liquid preparation of electrolytic manganese produce a kind of high moisture content municipal solid waste, electrolytic manganese slag contains a large amount of silicon dioxide, which can be used in building material industry, due to the residue of ammonium sulfate has a negative impact on stability of products, this study puts forward the method of eliminate ammonia by using hydrated lime, probes into on the influence of the mix content of hydrated lime, water, stirring time and reaction temperature on the effect of eliminate ammonia. The research shows that good effect of eliminate ammonia happens when the content of hydrated lime at room temperature is 5%, adds 200 ml of water,and stirring time of 10 min.
