基层卫生院普外科患者用药情况观察

Observation of drug use in the department of general surgery of the basic level hospital

目的:总结并观察基层卫生院普外科患者的总体用药情况。方法:回顾性分析患者的用药情况,观察并统计其用药情况是否存在不合理处,并及时提出改善的措施。结果:在使用普外科麻醉药物及营养药物方面都还算合理,但是,在对于抗菌药物使用方面却做不到真正的使用合理。结论:通过总结及监督基层卫生院普外科对患者的总体用药情况,能够更有效地提高各种药物使用率,以此来避免患者在用药后出现的一些不良反应,提高普外科患者的生活质量。

Objective:To summarize and observe the general situation of drug use in the department of general surgery of theprimary health hospital.Methods:A medication was retrospectively analyzed.The situation of the use of the drug was observed,andin a timely manner to improve the measures.Results:All was reasonable in the use of general anesthesia drugs and nutrition drugs,however,in the use of antimicrobial agents but did not really use in reasonable.Conclusion:Through summing up and supervisionof the grass-roots hospital department of general surgery on patients with general medication can improve various drugs moreeffective use rate, in order to avoid some adverse reactions after treatment in patients,improve the quality of life of patients ingeneral surgery.
