Optimization of water extract and ethanol precipitation of auspicious grass by orthogonal method

目的:研究吉祥草中总皂苷的水提醇沉工艺。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定吉祥草的总皂苷提取率,同时考察干浸膏得率,优化吉祥草提取工艺。结果:吉祥草水提醇沉最佳提取工艺为10倍量水提取,浓缩比0.5 g生药/m L,醇沉浓度50%。结论:该工艺成本低,皂苷提取率较高。

Objective:To study the water extract and ethanol precipitation of total saponins in auspicious grass.Methods:Theextraction rate of total saponins in auspicious grass was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the dry extract percentwas observed.The extraction process of auspicious grass was optimized.Results:The optimum extraction process of water extractand ethanol precipitation of auspicious grass was 10 times water extraction amount.The concentration ratio was 0.5 g crude drug/mL.The alcohol concentration was 50%.Conclusion:The process has low cost and the extraction rate of saponin is high.
